Lee Swearingen purchased The Ron Brown Company in 1975 and has held the position of Owner/Broker since that time. In December of 2000 The Ron Brown Company became affiliated with Coldwell Banker although it is still independently owned and operated by Lee Swearingen. In addition to his being the managing officer of Coldwell Banker The Ron Brown Company, Mr. Swearingen is well known in the community as a Commercial Broker and Developer.
Among other distinguished accomplishments in Mr. Swearingen's career is the development of various residential subdivisions. Most notably; Woodway, Springwood, and Whispering Oaks. It is not surprising that these subdivisions are some of the most sought after home sites in the area.
Committed to the community that he serves, Lee currently is Chairman of the Victoria Navigation District (Port of Victoria).
In the past, Mr. Swearingen has served as President of the Victoria Economic Development Corporation, President of the Victoria Board of Realtors, State Director of the Texas Association of Realtors, TREPAC Trustee of the Texas Association of Realtors, President of the Victoria Apartment Association, and President of the Boys and Girls Club.
