I really appreciated Carolyn's professional job. She was my buyers agent for my first home. When I asked to find my home in local area where is really small town, she found some houses in one day. She set me up for walk through really quick so I could get some ideas for each houses easily. She told me what I need, what I do, and what I prepare at every step. Carolyn was right beside us through the entire process. She is a professional and a go getter! Thank you Carolyn for your hard work!The first day we met Carolyn she was on time and greeted us like we knew each other. She had a game plan put together and did not waste our time on showing us houses that we were not interested in. Carolyn knew what lender we should go to for the mortgage and she emailed the lender to make sure our closing went off without any issues. The gift she left for us was perfect after we closed on the house. If we ever buy another home, Carolyn will be the first person we call.

After considering several local realtors, we decided to go with Carolyn Nix when it came time to sell our house. Carolyn sat down with us at our house and described to us how the selling process would work, how she planned to market our house, and timing for key parts of the process. She helped us to decide on a fair price for the house using comparable analyses. Prior to the listing date of the house, Carolyn communicated a "coming soon" notice to other realtors in the area which we believe was instrumental in our house selling as quickly as it did. After receiving an offer on our house, she was extremely helpful in the negotiation and inspection process that followed. Her communications were always very timely, and she was available for us whenever we had questions or concerns. She was there for us every step of the way throughout the entire process. Based on our experience, I can highly recommend Carolyn to anyone selling or buying a house.

Carolyn Nix is an amazing realtor. She has a kind smile and calm demeanor. Since buying a house is a big anxiety purchase for me, she made that a lot easier. She showed me several houses and they all were great but none had that "ah ha" view I was looking for until we found that house. Even though I had a short time to look and a very restricted time to move, Mrs. Nix stuck with me and found the perfect house. I closed in 15 days and made my deadline. We have used multiple realtors while living over 30 years in Victoria, Texas. Our most recent realtor, Carolyn Nix was amazing. We were selling our home to make a move to Arizona in December 2018, a busy time of year for everyone. It was a big move for us, but Carolyn made it so much easier. She was professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. Her marketing of our home was amazing. She had a photographer who took great pictures both inside and outside, including some great drone pictures. We felt at ease with her and knew she had our best interests at heart. Thanks to Carolyn's efforts, we had an offer that we negotiated a bit and accepted within a couple of days. We highly recommend Carolyn Nix. You will not be disappointed.
