She holds numerous real estate and relocation certifications, including the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist designation held by only 4% of the nation’s Realtors. As the only Previews Property Specialist in Victoria, LuAnn has the special expertise and training on selling luxury, high value homes. Her ability to meet the needs of clients has earned her numerous awards and accolades. She was named Realtor of the Year in 2007 and the University of Houston-Victoria Distinguished Alumni of the Year for 2008 and 2009. Between 2001 and 2009, she was in the annual The Ron Brown Company’s International President’s Circle seven times. LuAnn also offers clients invaluable information and knowledge about Victoria and the surrounding area that she’s gained as a lifetime resident and community volunteer. She’s served in many leadership positions with the Victoria Board of Realtors and numerous community boards, including the YMCA of the Golden Crescent, The Victoria College Foundation, the United Way, Victoria Preservation and the Junior League of Victoria. She’s also served on the national YMCA board of directors. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from UHV. She is married to Victoria County Sheriff T. Michael O’Connor and has two children, Jane and Thomas.
